Frequently asked questions

An Employer of Record (EoR) is a company that legally employs workers on behalf of a foreign client. In Italy, Corpshore becomes the legal employer: we sign the employment contract, register with INPS and INAIL, run payroll and manage all compliance obligations. You retain full operational and management control over the employee's work.
Not with an EoR. Using Corpshore as your Employer of Record, you can legally hire Italian talent and have them work full-time for your business without incorporating an Italian entity, opening a branch or registering with the Italian commercial register.
We handle: CCNL-compliant employment contracts, registration and contributions to INPS (social security) and INAIL (workplace accident insurance), monthly payroll processing and payslips, TFR (severance pay) accrual, mandatory benefits, termination procedures and severance management.
Once the commercial agreement is signed, we can onboard an Italian employee within 5-7 business days: contract drafting, INPS/INAIL registration, payroll setup and benefits enrolment.
